NOISE LEVEL TRANSMITTER 

  • The audio signal processing from the microphone is as depicted below.

  • The system is conceived basically for measuring the coal level in the TUBE MILL

  • Coal level is monitoried through noise level monitoring of the mill.


  • Initial wide bandwidth pre-amplification to bring it up the sufficient level to operate the filter.

WATER LEVEL INDICATOR

  • Useful to control water level in a tank.

  • Puts ON the motor when the water level goes below pre-set value.

  • Puts OFF motor when water level reaches the pre-set maximum level.

  • Works on 230 VAC input.

  • Slow flash (1 Sec. ON and 1Sec. OFF) audio comes ON as soon as AC power is put ON to the motor till water starts coming, or for 30 seconds which ever is earlier followed by fast flash (0.25 Sec ON and 0.25 Sec OFF) audio if water does not come even after 30 Seconds. 

TURBINE SPEED MONITORING SYSTEM

ELECTRONIC QUIZ

  • Useful for testing knowledge of participants

  • A set of light Dependent Resistors (LDR) one for each question will be fixed on a answer panel.

  • Same Number of Push Button's are fixed on a console with the quizmaster.

  • Quizmaster operates one PB particular to a question on the panel and puts the question to the participants.

  • The participant with a laser torch in his hand should focus the torch on the LDR corresponding to the answer he thinks correct.

  • If the answer is correct the score on the electronic score board is incremented by one, otherwise an audio alarm (Glass breaking sound) comes on for few seconds.

  • Similarly the quizmaster in random order can select all Pre-determined questions.

  • Maximum score a participant can score is equal to No. of pre-determined questions.

DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEM
This system is aimed to provide a complete process supervisory solution for any kind of industry/Medical applications. This system provides an industry specific solution and also client specific one. It supports a multi-user environment as well as a single user environment.
All operations are simple Button activated, facilitating more user readyness. The Buttons can be activated either through the keyboard interface or by using a mouse.

WATER TREATMENT PLANT SUPERVISORY SYSTEM DAO RACK
 This unit is 19" Euro card Rack with 1036Ai cards. one PS card, one Power Supply Transformer. This will collect all 80 channel Analog I/P from field and converts them to digital format. Whenever master requests the data from particular addressed 1036Ai, on receiving the address, addressed 1036Ai from DAQ Rack will only send an information of particular 8 analog channels. Inputs to DAQ Rack are 0-20mA current or 0-5V DC from field. The O/p from the DAQ Rack is IPRS232 Bus. Which can be terminated as
RS232 for connectivity with PC or any other Master System. IPRS232 Bus also can be extended to attach more number of slave systems.
 
PC / AT Host System
Loaded with windows 2K Operating System and Configured for windows Networking. Also this system will have Data Collection and Trend Graph generation Software. Data collection software will get the data from RS232 Port and will store the data in a file format. which can be further used for trend generation or any analysis purpose. Trend graph generator software will read the information from data file and then converts into 2 dimensional representation Trend graph for a given quantity of x duration and y amplitude fixation for the past 24 Hrs at the rate of 1 x point per minute. At a time. 8 channels can be viewed in one window. User can select any window out of 10 for a particular set of channels. 

The software also equipped with Graph /X- y value hard copy report generating facility on an Inkjet printer. [Table trend @ 24 cols.]
